Cape Town's La Colombe added to World's 50 Best Restaurant Extended List

The extension was created to shine the spotlight and champion a growing number of brilliant chefs, celebrate regional diversity and embrace hospitality teams more globally. The list is compiled by a voting academy of over 1,000 international chefs, food writers and travelling gastronomes.

This year, the 51 to 120 best restaurants list includes restaurants from 25 countries across five continents and boasts 21 new entries from 15 countries. Marking a near 30% increase in new territories compared to previous years.
