This year's Eat Out Mercedes-Benz Best Everyday Eateries in the Western Cape have been announced. The winning restaurants gained the highest average ratings given by Eat Out website users between 1 October 2015 and 30 September 2016.
Eat Out also awarded ‘highly commended’ certificates to the eateries that were crowd favourites, but didn’t receive enough reviews to win.

The public’s favourite eateries in Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, Free State and Mpumalanga will be announced at the Johannesburg leg of the awards on 25 October.
