The Sunday afternoon Concerts in the Park series which kicked off in November, offers Capetonians the chance to experience some of Cape Town and SA's most esteemed artists at no charge, whilst enjoying a lazy afternoon in one of the Mother City's best kept public parks. The varied line-up will be bringing De Waal Park's beautiful Edwardian bandstand to life every other Sunday up until the first weekend of April.
Young and old are invited to enjoy Zoid's unplugged performance in the bandstand, which will commence at 3pm. Concert-goers are encouraged to arrive from2pm and bring their own picnics (no food or drinks will be for sale). Chairs, sun umbrella and rugs are allowed. De Waal Park is located on Molteno Road with entrances on Molteno, Upper Orange and Camp Streets.
