    PostNet activates Christmas

Christmas this year could bring an unexpected bonus for someone sending a parcel through PostNet's courier services – in the form of two air tickets to the same destination of the parcel.

Customers sending international parcels and documents through one of PostNet's 224 branches in South Africa will be able to complete a competition entry form. The prize is two free air tickets to the destination of the parcel.

PostNet is teaming up with DHL for the promotion, which will run from 1 November to 31 December 2003.

In addition, the competition includes free insurance on parcels to the value of R1000.

With a 99% success rate, PostNet's courier services offer not only a cost-effective way of sending Christmas parcels, but peace of mind that they will reach their destination safely and in good time.

"PostNet is renowned for providing high quality service and ensuring that people are able to communicate. This is probably even more important at Christmas time than most times of the year, when people need to send parcels to their families and friends around the world," according to PostNet's co-founder and CEO Ian Lourens.
