Mirror honours business card
The bus-shaped business cards of Hylton Ross Exclusive Touring inspired disabled workers at the Heidelberg Masincedane Care Centre to create handiwork depicting the logo in a mirror mosaic form.
A group of five including a blind, wheelchair bound man spent two months crafting the mirror, which is now hanging in the company's offices in Johannesburg.
"The business cards are irreverent and fun, and we're glad that the workers enjoyed the project, which is really a beautiful piece of craftwork," says Hylton Ross MD Geert van Doorn.
The centre offers weekly workshops to mentally and physically disabled adults and its founder, Christine Kruger, said the R3000 donated to the centre would be used to pay daily running costs.
