‘One Minute Manager' author live in SA

Blanchard is one of the most influential business authors in the world today. His best-selling book, The One Minute Manager, co-authored with Spencer Johnson, has sold more than 12 million copies and remains on best-seller lists.

The focus on Leading at a Higher Level is on long-term results and human satisfaction. Leading at a higher level, therefore, is a process of achieving worthwhile results while acting with respect, care and fairness for all involved.
