‘One Minute Manager' author live in SA
Renowned author, speaker, businessman and consultant Dr Ken Blanchard will be coming to South Africa for a special full day conference at Gallagher Estate, Johannesburg, on Friday, 9 November 2007.
Blanchard is one of the most influential business authors in the world today. His best-selling book, The One Minute Manager, co-authored with Spencer Johnson, has sold more than 12 million copies and remains on best-seller lists.
The focus on Leading at a Higher Level is on long-term results and human satisfaction. Leading at a higher level, therefore, is a process of achieving worthwhile results while acting with respect, care and fairness for all involved. The four-part seminar will include discussions on "The Importance of Vision and Values", "Customer Service", "Developing Your People", "Developing Leadership" and a Q&A session.
