New team leader for on-site and logistics - Rocky Phiri

Rocky’s movement into this new role was an obvious one, as anyone who has had the pleasure of working with him knows, he is an absolute rock star on site! His rich experience after almost two decades in the industry means that he is just the guy you want by your side on any project, and his problem-solving skills as well as his ability to make things happen make him a clear team leader.

With a keen eye for the bigger picture, Rocky has always thrived in projects like exhibitions, hospitality, infrastructure, and complex set-ups, seeing the opportunity to make something incredible and seizing the challenge with his inherent skills. “We believe strongly in real people, real actions, and real results, and Rocky embodies this fully for us,” says MD Jessica MacRoberts.

Rocky and his support team will continue to run their own independent projects, but will also act as a valuable asset to our other project managers, lending their insights, skills and expertise across the board. Through this new responsibility, we are confident that Rocky and his team will create even greater value for our clients with each project that they take on. On his new position, Rocky says, “This is the perfect start to new beginnings with life changing challenges – exciting times!
