A wine affair at V&A Waterfront

The V&A Waterfront will again be host to the Wine Affair festival on the water's edge at the new Lookout venue at Granger Bay from 3 - 6 May 2011.

Enjoy spectacular views of the ocean, Table Mountain and Cape Town Stadium accompanied by top Western Cape wineries, restaurants and purveyors of fine foods. Sample from well-known estates including De Krans, Groot Constantia, Jordan and Middelvlei, or hidden gems like De Vallei, Nomada, Klein Roosboom and The Foundary. Pair these with treats from gourmet exhibitors such as cheese producer La Petite France and Waverley Hills Organic Olives.

The themed Tasting Theatre, which proved very popular last year, will once again take place. The tastings will be offered free of charge but space will be limited and patrons will be able to attend on a first-come-first-served basis.

R90 per person (Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday) and R110 (Friday)
Tickets include wine and deli tastings, a Festival glass and a brochure. Specialised food items, and wine for post-festival delivery, will be on sale.
