Heart 104.9 celebrates Youth Month

The radio station's on-air personalities have each chosen a local school where they'll be appearing during the month with chart-topping musicians, actors and comics to share inspiring stories and spread a sense of optimism.

Each school visit will also include demonstrations by Larry Soffer - South Africa's foremost mentalist and magician, Professor Gillie Arendse, who brings science to life on stage, break dance sensations the Ubuntu Boys, youth motivational and drug awareness speaker Jarryd Smith and live DJ mixing by Vernon Carver.

A highlight of their campaign will be a 5-a-side soccer day at the Mitchell's Plain Promenade on Saturday 21 June.
