Symfony Digital wins Business Day BASA Award
At the 12th Annual Business Day BASA (Business and Arts South Africa) Awards on Monday, 31 August 2009, Symfony Digital Solutions won the category Sponsorship by a Small Business. The award was given for the company's work in pioneering and supporting one of South Africa's first digital magazines, Chew Magazine.
The magazine serves to showcase the work of talented creatives from South Africa and abroad on a global, digital platform. It is aimed at a new generation of people who want to be a part of an edgy, smart, underground and highly graphic online publication that highlights the freshest talent in fashion, photography, typography, illustration, design, art, writing, film, music and more.
Donovan Graham, founding partner of Symfony Digital Solutions, said on winning the award, “Receiving the BASA award was both unexpected and very fulfilling for us.
