Knowledge Factory gets new MD

Following the Kagiso Media and Mint Management Technologies acquisition of Knowledge Factory at the end of 2010, Geraldine Mitchley, MD of Knowledge Factory, has announced her resignation to follow new opportunities in a diverse industry. Her position will be taken up by David Woolnough, MD of Mint Technologies .

The newly created company, named Kagiso EProps will continue to operate using the Knowledge Factory, South African Property Transfer Guide (SAPTG) and PropertyDotGo brands for the foreseeable future and, besides moving premises, will continue to be a customer and marketing insight services company.

According to Woolnough, the Knowledge Factory staff are the ones who have and will continue to run the business.
