Nintendo's spring releases
Fox McCloud returns when Starfox 64 3D comes to Nintendo 3DS on 16 September 2011. Graphically re-mastered from the original title, there is a greater depth of detail and in addition to the classic controls and enhanced 3DS controls. Nintendo has also integrated its 3DS gyro sensor and motion controls. Battle face-to-face using the inner camera to broadcast a live feed of each player's facial expressions during multiplayer dogfights.
Launched on Nintendo 3DS on 1 July 2011 with re-mastered stages from Resident Evil 4 and 5, Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D delivers an intense race against the clock featuring well-known characters from both past and present. Return as Albert Wesker, Chris Redfield, or play as Claire Redfield, who makes her debut in a Mercenaries game. Take part in face-offs against some of the most notorious enemies, such as the Executioner and PopoKarimu.
Mario fans will be spoilt for choice as two Mario games are brought to life on Nintendo 3DS - Mario Kart and Super Mario. Nintendo Wii owners will also see The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword and Kirby Wii launch later this year.
