The 2009 Sauvignon Blanc released from the Plaisir de Merle cellar is now available.
Combining the green, grassy aromas of nettles, green peppers and fresh herbs, with an aftertaste of ripe, tropical fruit flavours, this new Sauvignon will make a perfect accompaniment to summer salads, pastas and seafood.
It is available from leading bottle stores, wine departments of most supermarkets and from the tasting centre on the farm at a recommended retail price of around R80.
