Edgars scores with FIFA

NEWSWATCH: FIFA has appointed Edgars Consolidated Stores as the official operator of the 2010 FIFA World Cup stores, reports the SABC.

21 Nov 2007

The agreement will find the official stores opening in 160 Edgars branches countrywide; the first of which will open in time for the preliminary draw taking place at Durban's Inkosi Albert Luthuli International Convention Centre on 25 November.

As per the contract, Edgars also holds the rights to produce official licensed merchandise for the tournament.
