The full-time one-year course presented by the Sol Plaatje's Media Leadership Institute at Rhodes will equip a student to manage the business operations of a print media enterprise and develop skills in leadership, media economics and financial planning, markets and audiences, human resources management, programming, advertising, circulation and distribution, and media law and policy.
Studies commence on 13 February and end on 15 December 2006. The course caters primarily for individuals who do not have much or any management experience, but aspire to become managers in the near future.
