How apartheid-era law hobbles media
NEWSWATCH: Section 205 of the Criminal Procedure Act is a relic from the days of apartheid - but it was the law used recently by the authorities to subpoena two eNews journalists - and while it remains on the books, the problem remains, reports Business Day.
