ABC relaxes rule on cut-price copies' sales

NEWSWATCH: The Audit Bureau of Circulations has relaxed its rules so that copies of magazines and newspapers sold for less than 50% of their cover price can be counted as ABC-endorsed copy sales, but the move may have opened a new front in the battle between the Sunday papers, writes Gill Moodie in Moneyweb.
