Call to enter Sanlam Awards for Community Press 2009
Entries are now open for the annual Sanlam Awards for Community Press. Full-time editors, journalists and photographers from all community newspapers in South Africa and Namibia that aren't published more than twice a week, qualify for entry, the organisers announced yesterday, Monday, 8 June 2009.
The Forum of Community Journalists (FCJ) runs the competition, under the auspices of the Print Media of South Africa (PMSA). The competition covers the 12 months from 1 June 2008 to 31 May 2009 and the closing date for the 2009 competition is 3 July 2009.
