NEWSWATCH: First it was Peter Vundla, then it was Christine Qunta, and now it's the turn of Fadila Lagadien to quit the SABC board citing “problems of leadership”, reports IOL. Meanwhile, Business Day has obtained documents which reportedly show that two senior SABC executives spent about R48 million on consultants over the last year and a half. Lastly, the cash-strapped SABC has promised to pay filmmakers and producers outstanding monies, according to IOL.
