CDF's best ads for March 2003

The best ads that appeared in March, as voted by the Creative Directors Forum.

Comments by Matthew Bull (Chairperson) for March 2003 judging:

Firstly, terrific to have such young, exciting talent judging with me. Unfortunately, the body of work didn't allow us to flex our muscles too much.

    CINEMA / TV
A wonderful winner and second place was a stonker as well. High hopes for Cannes with these two.

    RADIO
Corsa is a big favourite at present – Fresh work, extremely well directed and produced.

    MAGAZINE
Very thin category, but a much enjoyed winner. The classic double-take line. Terrific.

    NEWSPAPER
Very, very weak category. Really disappointing.

    OUTDOOR
We reversed the decision because it was felt that whilst Virgin is a fantastic idea, Magazine/Newspaper was it's rightful spot. We all loved the winner. All 3 ads go through to Ad of the Year.

Herewith the results of the judging of the March 2003 entries. Congratulations to all concerned.
