Bester Burke kicks up a stink for Boks
Quick thinking by Bester Burke on behalf of Lentheric's Solo brand gave the Boks a better chance of scoring in Ireland this past weekend. Responding to news that the team had their colognes and deodorants confiscated at Heathrow, the agency quickly arranged to airfreight a parcel of Solo Shower Gel products to the team's hotel in Ireland.
This was followed-up by a press ad wishing the Boks good luck in their 'scoring' endeavours.
The story had an interesting twist - the Bok team were staying at an exclusive hotel outside Dublin, and were typically reluctant to release exact details of the name and location of their hotel.
Undeterred by this, the agency contacted the Irish team management who were happy to provide the agency with the hotel's name and address...
