New executive for Jupiter
Graham Warsop will be returning to The Jupiter Drawing Room (Johannesburg) as Chairman. Jerry Mpufane is leaving as the CEO of the agency, having decided to pursue fresh challenges and the agency wishes him well after his 22 months in charge.
Danielle Sneiders is being promoted to Managing Partner and Tom Cullinan to Creative Partner of the agency. Sneiders joined the agency in 2007 and Cullinan joined as Creative Director in 2006. Last year he was promoted to ECD of the agency. A strong Exco team will assist them both.
The agency's Africa expansion continues with partners in five African countries, with two more countries coming on line by the end of the year.
Its partner relationship with WPP (one of the world's largest marketing communications companies and a 49% shareholder in Jupiter) is also proving valuable, giving the agency access to global knowledge across a range of media and disciplines. More announcements are expected in the next few weeks.
