PrintThe winner in print was for the other newspaper in Cape Town and was unanimous, well done King James. We awarded two 2nd places and no 3rd place. We felt that they deserved to go through to Ad of the Year and special mention was made of the craft and story telling of the XtraSpace campaign from Y&R.
ExperientialWe all believed experiential to be the freshest and most interesting category, with FCB's Coke Rainbow a clear winner. But much of the other work was really interesting to see. Well done to all.
FilmThe winner in film was also not debated, Flight Center, the panel's favourite, congratulations TBWA Hunt Lascaris. It's a simple, fun campaign and good to see big ideas and small productions still win. DStv is a beautiful and brave campaign, that doesn't feature the shows, rather the human responses to them.
RadioLowe JHB won 1st for radio, a funny campaign for Adcock Ingram, that makes you cringe a little. And second to Y&R. We didn't award a 3rd place in radio. Thank you again to the panel and Lowe JHB for hosting us.

Congratulations to all concerned.
