WPP to handle Newell Brands' communications

Consumer goods company Newell Brands has appointed WPP as its communications partner.

The public relations company will in January 2019 launch Team Newell to accelerate Newell Brands' growth globally. This will be done whilst also helping its client to leverage its scale and bring a new focus to developing integrated communications across a broad range of channels.

Team Newell is to be an expansion of the relationship between Newell Brands and WPP that began in 2016.
