The Phoenix Partnership activates wine industry business model

The Phoenix Partnership was recently appointed by Delarey Brugman of Alluvia Wine Estate to assist him and a consortium of wine producers to create awareness around a new business model initiated by the group.

Addressing various challenges experienced by small wine producers, the Bring It Home model reinvents the way business is done in the wine industry. By cutting out agents, Bring It Home allows small wine producers to move closer to their market, take ownership of their brands and add more value to consumers.

The consortium members consist of Alluvia Wine Estate, Tokara, Sagila, Knorhoek, Yonder Hill, Vriesenhof Vineyards and Middelvlei Wine Estate.
