Shift work involved.
- Matric/N3 plus
- recognised apprenticeship in bag making or a Flexo graphic qualification
- A high level of numeracy and literacy;
- Min of 3 to 5 to years' relevant shift supervision experience gained in the flexible bag manufacturing environment, with hands on experience gained working with SO Bag and Flat bag machines/ strong hands on technical experience gained in the flexo label printing industry
- Good technical knowledge of bag making machines - Flat, SO Bag
- Previous production management and staff supervisory experience gained in the flexible packaging/label printing sector
- Able to work shifts and overtime
- Own transport, valid license
