Founder and CEO Anthony Kettle heads the agency with extensive experience in team leadership and talent acquisition, backed by a veteran consulting team boasting over 170 years of collective industry expertise.
The firm will specialise in engineering, manufacturing, IT and finance, alongside executive search for senior and leadership appointments.
The launch is being supported by global investors including Effer Ventures, a UK-based venture builder that invests in staffing and recruitment businesses.
The investment will support the management team, led by Kettle and sales director, Clint Wheeler, as it grows its team and works to connect more South Africans with employment opportunities.
Said Kettle: “We’ve built a strong team already, and this next phase allows us to invest further in our people, expand our expertise and support more professionals into high-quality roles.”
It comes as South Africa faces the dual challenge of high unemployment and shortages of specialist skills. In 2025, 84% of large corporations and multinationals operating in South Africa reported difficulty sourcing highly skilled professionals, up from 79% in 2024. Engineering, ICT and other technical fields were among those facing the greatest pressure.
