      Curriculum and learning material development:
      • Develop, review and maintain relevant learning materials, practical activities and resources aligned with programme and module outcomes.
      • Contribute to curriculum planning, development, review and continuous improvement within the software development discipline.
      • Ensure practical programming and software development activities are relevant, current and appropriately aligned with industry practices.
      • Incorporate emerging technologies, tools and development methodologies into teaching and learning where appropriate.
      Relationship management and community engagement:
      • Maintain current knowledge of software development technologies, programming practices and industry trends relevant to the discipline.
      • Contribute to software development projects, practical programming initiatives and other academic activities within the department.
      • Participate in departmental activities, student recruitment, outreach and institutional initiatives as required.
      • Contribute to the broader academic environment through collaboration, quality assurance and other responsibilities aligned with the institution’s strategic priorities.
