Meeting the sales targets and margins as agreed
Calling existing customers daily in order to establish their needs
Log in all calls onto CRM as per the agreed procedure
Updating CRM Customer details constantly regularly in order to keep records of quotation sent to customer for future follow ups
Sales Admin/Reporting:
Following-up on customers who have paid but whose accounts are on hold, and request and process their POD's as per the agreed procedure in order to get their accounts re-opened
Receive/access daily sales-related reports from IT and analyze/monitor them and take correction
Attending all training given to improve product knowledge
Quotations/Queries:
Processing all customer queries timeously and professionally to the customers satisfaction
Addressing and resolve all customer complaints/problems timeously and professionally to the customer's satisfaction
Maintaining excellent customer relationships with all customers on an on-going basis
Manage self-development:
Agreeing individual development plan annually with the Department Head / Manager, focusing on skills gaps identified in performance discussions
Ensuring that functional knowledge is relevant and continually updated
