Ananias started working as a training Officer back in 2004 at Anglogold Ashanti Training and Development Services and moved to PetroSA in June 2007 where he still is serving as a senior training and development officer. Some of his responsibilities include but not limited to Assessing Learners for competency against set unit Standards and qualification. Moderating assessment processes, Facilitating and coaching learners, Conduct Training Needs Analysis, Material designing and development, Evaluation of learning interventions, Skill Development Facilitation etc.
