Jasco Group makes new appointment

Jasco Group has named Neo Modisakeng as its new company secretary and legal adviser.

Modisakeng will be responsible for mitigating risk with regards to contractual obligations and regulatory compliance as a legal adviser and will act as the point of contact between the board, the company and its relevant stakeholders as a secretary.
