Professor Patrick Bean named COO at Embury Institute for Higher Education

Embury Institute for Higher Education has appointed Professor Patrick Bean as its new COO. Prof. Bean joins Embury following a 20-year period at the Nelson Mandela University's faculty of education.

In his new role, Bean will be tasked with overseeing the academic, human resources, student support services and campuses management divisions at all the Embury campuses and for both the contact and distance learning modes of delivery. Bean's immediate focus is on the academic readiness of the two new Gauteng campuses (Waterfall and Montana) and the new Durban campus (Musgrave Road) for 2018.
