Mark Heidmann is Curro Waterfall's new executive head

Independent school operator, Curro Holdings, has recently appointed Mark Heidmann as the new executive head of Curro Waterfall, situated in Midrand, Johannesburg.

Heidmann has over 30 years of experience in the independent education sector and one of his career highlights include leading the rollout of the first education-related IT systems programme in the Cape region and becoming one of the youngest headmasters in South Africa.

He holds a postgraduate degree in education leadership from the University of Cape Town and the University of Johannesburg, as well as qualifications in IT, management, mentoring and coaching. Heidmann assumed his new role on 1 January.
