Marcel Strauss appointed The Franchise Co.'s new COO
The Franchise Co. has appointed Marcel Strauss as its new chief operating officer (COO) for all the group's brands. Strauss has over 34 years of experience in retail and franchising brand management.
Strauss was previously the executive manager at The Franchise Co. for four years where he managed, among others, 22 ChesaNyama franchises, seven Yummy Fish & Chips stores and 39 Zebro's franchises. He also worked for Glomail as well as Payless and Spar in Botswana.
