Installer and fabricator

An opportunity exists, within an exciting printing company situated in Killarney Gardens for an installer to join the installation team. 

• 2 x semi-skilled installer posts
• 2 x apprentice posts

- Installing wallpaper, vinyls and various substrates. 
- Fabrication and welding 

• Check inspection with reference to the surface/substrates to ensure the installation criteria is met, for every job.  
• To ensure the job is executed as per the layout brief 
• To ensure that sites are kept clean before, during and after installation
• Fabrication relating to woodwork and frames.
• Wiring up related to light fixtures and light boxes etc:
• Welding when needed. 

Minimum Educational requirements: Grade 12.

Qualifications experience include:

• 3-5 years previous experience in a similar role and installation of wallpapers, vinyl’s and various substrates that is used. 
• Knowledge in the different substrates used.
• Attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels. 
• Communication skills – listen, understand, speak clearly and be able to relay information to and from office and site.
• Interpersonal, problem-solving, personal presentation and organizational skills.
• Prioritising, time management and organisation skills.
