Job description
Requirement- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Finance, Credit, or Collections roles.
Matric qualification required. - Knowledge of economic and accounting principles, financial markets, banking, and financial reporting.
- Manage invoice requests from the shared team inbox.
Process daily invoices, monthly statements, and send them to clients for payment. - Investigate and resolve queries within stipulated timelines.
- Follow up and collect on outstanding debtor accounts (61+ days) according to collection policies.
- Assist secretaries with invoicing-related matters.
- Prepare and process month-end billing reports.
- Achieve monthly and annual collections targets.
- Adhere to accounting best practices, procedures, and statutory/regulatory requirements.
- Send monthly client statements via Infoslips and maintain accurate client email addresses.
