AI Engineer

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to design, build, and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance business processes, automate workflows, and integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with practical problem-solving abilities to deliver scalable, secure, and high-impact AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI models and automation solutions across the organisation.
• Build and optimise data pipelines, APIs, and integrations to support AI workloads.
• Implement AI capabilities using platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and other enterprise AI tools. Integrate AI solutions within Dynamics 365 (D365) and other core business systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities, translate requirements, and deliver effective solutions.
• Evaluate and incorporate third-party or open-source AI technologies were beneficial.
• Ensure all AI implementations meet governance, compliance, and security standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Strong understanding of AI architecture, machine learning concepts, and data integration.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft AI platforms and cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools for business process optimisation.
• Knowledge of third-party AI solutions, frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or equivalent languages used for AI and automation.
  Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.
• Demonstrated capability to deliver high-quality AI solutions with measurable impact.
