Skills and attributes
The successful candidate must possess the following essential skills:
- Accurate and organised with a high attention to detail
- Team-player who is adaptable and deadline-driven
- Ability to work under pressure
- Highly proficient and comfortable conversing in English (written and verbal)
- Computer literacy in Microsoft suite and experience with accounting packages
- Strong reconciliation abilities
Qualifications and experience
- 5+ years work experience in a similar position
- Completed Financial Diploma (NQF5) or relevant tertiary financial qualification will be advantageous
- Previous exposure to Sage Evolution and experience in handling large volumes of data will be advantageous
- Bordereaux experience will be advantageous
The position will be filled in line with the culture, values and Employment Equity policy and plan. Preference will be given to members of designated groups that are under-represented.
