Cell C goes to court over banner; Koch to challenge Hofmeyr gag order

NEWSWATCH: TechCentral reports Cell C has lodged an urgent application to have a banner set up by a disgruntled client removed. The Johannesburg High Court is to hear the application this week.

Mail & Guardian reports Chester Missing creator Conrad Koch says he will to challenge the gag order brought against him by singer Steve Hofmeyr, saying it's "fundamentally" wrong.
