Shabangu will represent SA legal fraternity at IBA
Tshepo Shabangu, a partner and trade mark specialist at Spoor & Fisher law firm, has been appointed as a representative of the Law Society of South Africa (LSSA) at the International Bar Association (IBA). Shabangu will be reporting to the LSSA Council on international developments in the legal profession and the way in which practices are run. She also has a mandate to promote the involvement of the LSSA in the leadership structures of the IBA. One of her first duties is to attend the 2014 IBA Conference which will be held from 19-24 October in Tokyo.
