New Polaroid sunglasses - not just a fashion statement

Polaroid's sunglasses are equipped with the new Ultrasight lens that is made up of nine functional layers bonded together with the highly-efficient polarizing light filter in the centre. While ordinary lenses merely darken the view, only polarizing lenses block irritating glare. The glare-free vision provided by Polaroid polarizing sunglasses guarantees high optical comfort and, as a result, increased safety. The lenses also contain a highly efficient UV-filter that offers complete protection from harmful UV-rays up to 400 nanometers. These lenses are available only from Polaroid, which is distributed exclusively by SDM Eyewear in Johannesburg.
