Waterkloof Estate has added a Chenin Blanc and a Shiraz to its retail range. The Peacock Ridge Chenin Blanc 2011 is extremely versatile and goes with a variety of dishes and the Peacock Ridge Shiraz 2011 will complement venison and game dishes well.
