New 'green' sunbird from Simonsig
Simonsig has launched the estate's new Sauvignon Blanc, Simonsig Sunbird Sauvignon Blanc 2010, named for its lively, vibrant appeal. The Cape sugarbird icon endorses the estate's Biodiversity & Wine Initiative (BWI) and Integrated Production of Wine (IPW) compliance. The wine is best served with fine seafood, poultry, pasta dishes, fresh green asparagus and salad. Recommended retail price is R54 per bottle.
