New application filter for recruiters

In response to a recent survey conducted amongst South African employers and recruiters, where automatic application screening and filtering tools were the most important feature on the list, Jobs.co.za has launched a new job application filter as part of its existing application filtering suite. It has been designed to allow the recruiter to filter unsuitable applicants automatically from the recruiters email inbox, though the applications remain in the online application management suite for consideration.
