Celebrating 21 years of music

From 12 November until 23 November 2007, OFM is collecting its listeners' favourite hits from 1986 until 2007. The best of these will be collated and compiled into a day of special programming and music on 26 December 2007, 6am – 6pm, celebrating 21 years of great music. According to Shana Kilbee, programme manager of OFM, the campaign mustn't be seen as a countdown, but rather as presenting a wide variety of genres and covering three eras. The most requested song gets announced just before 6pm and one of the listeners who submitted the song will win R2100.
