Durbanville Hills cellarmaster Martin Moore has released the lightly wooded 2010 Durbanville Hills Chardonnay, which pairs well with curries, light meat dishes and pastas. About 75% of the wine is unwooded with the balance matured in new French oak barrels. The wine retails for about R48 and is available from liquor stores and supermarkets.
