Girl power takes to space
14 young women attended SpaceTrek, a week long bootcamp organised by MEDO (Meta Economic Development Organisation).
The camp was held from 5-11 January in Worcester. A team of experts from South Africa and the States led the schoolgirls in an intensive introduction in telecommunications, satellite construction, calibration and data analysis.
