The Certificate Course in eMarketing, designed for marketers, entrepreneurs and small business owners, is an introduction to eMarketing tactics. Students will learn the difference between SEM and PPC, how to apply social media and web analytics for marketing purposes, the emerging field of mobile marketing and leave with an understanding of how to craft an integrated eMarketing strategy. Students need to apply before 11 February for a 14 February start.
The course, Applying Social Media to Business Challenges, is for business people and marketers wanting to move to a more sophisticated understanding of how to apply social media for a brand. Through case studies, it will demonstrate how social media has provided solutions and opened up opportunities for businesses to grow their markets and increase their customer-brand relationships, while also raising awareness of potential pitfalls and dangers of not applying social media intelligently and with a long-term vision. Students will graduate from the course with a social media strategy, developed throughout the course for use in their own business. Students need to apply before 16 February for a 18 February start.
