TCM Pop Up Cinema comes to Durban

TCM Pop Up Cinema comes to Durban on 27 October 2011 and offers cinema lovers the free opportunity to dress up and enjoy an old favourite from the 70s beach chic. This follows on from successful events in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Port Elizabeth, where cinemagoers had to guess what film was being shown and dress accordingly.

The concept, in partnership with BOS, which is sponsoring the event, will plunge viewers into the depths of a nail-biting movie experience at a free, strictly limited, event hosted at a top-secret location.

"The success of the events we've held in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Port Elizabeth have proven to us the South African demand for this cinematic event. This is our last for 2011 and we aim to make this an even greater triumph than the previous events," said Alan Musa, VP and GM, Middle East, Africa and Pan Region for Turner Broadcasting Systems.
