According to brand manager, Jonathan Kantey, the company is not necessarily focusing on the gay community as ultimate investors but the area houses many well-known facilities which attract the wealthy gay community. "Investors in the area realise this adds to the value of their property. The successful redevelopment of the De Waterkant commercial and residential node is a direct result of their investment in this area."
